Construction Update - Abatement Beginning Downtown

In the coming days and weeks, you may notice individuals in hazmat suits working at the downtown campus. There is no reason to be alarmed if you see them. This crew is conducting the abatement portion of the project and the suits they wear are to ensure safety as the abatement process is conducted. Abatement is a routine process involved in construction projects where demolition and/or renovations are a part of the project and particularly when older buildings are involved.

Edward Nycz left Rossford High School to enlist in the United States Marine Corps on Oct. 2, 1942 to serve his country during World War II. He returned to Rossford after the war, but never received his RHS diploma after leaving for war. Groundbreaking Ceremony held for Downtown Campus and Elementary School

Rossford Schools official groundbreaking ceremonies at Glenwood Elementary and Rossford High School were held on Monday, May 21 to celebrate the beginning of our construction process. 
"Facilities change, faces change, our students graduate and move on," Superintendent Creps said. "But one thing as superintendent I can speak about is the consistent support from our school district community to make sure that our students have the tools and the facilities they need to go on and be future leaders in this community and around the globe."

Rossford earns Sixth Consecutive Ohio Auditor of State Award

A recent financial audit of Rossford Schools by the Auditor of the State’s office has returned a clean audit report. Rossford School’s excellent record keeping has earned it the Auditor of the State Award.

“I’m proud we’ve continued our tradition of having clean audits at Rossford Schools,” said Rossford Schools Treasurer James Rossler, Jr.
