2014-2015 School Year Extended Two Additional Days

Dear Rossford School District Families and Staff: Recent legislative changes require school districts to convert from days to hours in a school year.  Rossford Schools will be converting from days to hours beginning with the 2016-2017 school year.  Based on the District’s current arrangement, each school year shall consist of 185 days.  The Rossford School District closed seven (7) days due to poor weather conditions this school year.  In order to fulfill our contract obligation, we are required to make up two (2) of these days. SOS Club Sponsors Care Package Drive

April 13-30, 2015

The Rossford High School SOS (Serving Our Soldiers) Club is sponsoring a care package drive from April 13-30, 2015.  All items collected will be sent to our local heroes oversees. RHS Science Olympiad Team Brings Home Silver & Bronze

The Rossford High School Science Olympiad team traveled to Bowling Green State University on February 28 and competed against 18 teams. They brou ght home the silver in air trajectory and the bronze in disease detectives . Andrew Sabovik and Garrett Shafer took second in air trajectory. They had to build a mechanism to shoot a ping-pong ball at a target. Kyleigh DeHart and Ru sty Molter were the team who won third in disease detectives.
