Students enjoy breakfast at Glenwood Elementary

Glenwood received a $1,000 breakfast grant this fall. The funds are being used to purchase promotional items for the students. The purpose of the grant is to increase breakfast participation by 25%. So far we have increased the participation by 45%. That is a big difference. We are offering grab n' go breakfasts so students who arrive late will be able to take their breakfast to class with them. Please remember that breakfast will help your child concentrate better during the day and they may even behave better. Breakfast is $1.25 in all buildings and it free or reduced ($.30) for qualifying students.
