MathBlocksWe are currently working on symmetry and reflection. Congratulations to our two, new 3-Minute Club Members: Breana St.Johns and Jake Pietrasz ReadingBook 1 We are on the last unit of our reading series. We have been working on generalizations, cause and effect and understanding/identifying theme. Please continue with Reading Logs at home.
WritingPencilIn Writing, we have completed persuasive paragraphs about Ohio cities and journals. We are busy preparing for our trip back to 1892 and the Zimmerman School house.

ScienceLightbulbWe spent last Friday doing experiments about chemical and physical changes. Ask your student to describe some of the things that we did. Now we are learning about heat and will end the year discussing how technology changes and effects lives. We have one final short cycle assessment to take in May. 

 
Social StudiesOhio In Social Studies, Mrs. Duhaime has been teaching about Ohio transportation. Soon students will be making games to reflect their learning. There will also be one final short cycle assessment for Social Studies.
