Step Four: Submit IPDP see Organizing for High Quality Professional Development (Rubrics in back)

Step Five: Professional Development Options

6 Credit hours from an Accredited Institution OR 18 CEU's or EOA's

Pre-approved Providers List (all others check with state or see your RSLPDC Rep)

Equivalent Other Activity (EOA)  is a way to earn CEU's independently through job embedded professional development.

IPDP/EOA Activity Form (use this to record your activities once your proposal is approved)

 

Step Six:Fill out Licensure Checklist& 5 Year Renewal Application or other applications 

When submitting your application for review include the following:

  • Copy of your IPDP
  • Copy of your current teaching license
  • Licensure Checklist
  • Transcripts, CEU Certificates or EOA Verification Forms
  • Completed Application
