Vaccine Clinics in December

We are hosting the Wood County Health Department for two vaccine clinics this month. The clinics are available to our students and the public. For our students ages 5-11 who have not been vaccinated, they can get their first dose on December 9 and their second dose on December 30.  A parent or guardian must attend both vaccination events with their child if the child is under 18. Walk-ins are welcome, but it is preferred you use the links below to schedule your appointment(s).

Children ages 5-11 are the primary group for the vaccination clinics, but this event is open to the public, and others in these categories are welcome to schedule an appointment:

  • Boosters are available for those 18 and up who qualify
  • First or second-shot Pfizer available for ages 12 and up - please bring your vaccination card if receiving your second shot
Here are a few reminders for the day of the event:
  • Have children dress in layers with short sleeves/shorts underneath sweatshirts/sweatpants, etc. to make it easier to get the vaccine.
  • Parent/guardian should bring a form of identification.
  • Do not come if you or your child are sick or in isolation or quarantine.
  • Arrive on time; there is no need to arrive early.
