College Credit Plus Informational Meeting

Rossford High School staff will hold an informational meeting for the College Credit Plus program on Wednesday, January 18, 2017, in the Rossford High School Auditorium.  This meeting is required for all students and parents who wish to take part in the College Credit Plus program for the 2017-2018 school year. The College Credit Plus program allows eligible students in grades 7-12 to take courses and earn high school and college credit that appear on both their high school and college transcripts. Ohio Students Selected for United States Senate Youth Program

Students Headed to Washington, D.C. and to Receive $10,000 Scholarship

Senators Sherrod Brown and Rob Portman today announced the names of the two students who have been selected as delegates to the 55th annual United States Senate Youth Program (USSYP) that will be held March 4 — 11, 2017 in Washington, D.C. Mr. Benjamin (Ben) Lawrence Duwve of Perrysburg and Mr. Nayan Girish Rao of Solon were chosen from across the state to be part of the group of 104 student delegates who will attend the program’s 55th annual Washington Week. Free-of-Charge Substitute Teacher In-service

Do you have a non-educational Bachelor's degree and have an interest in becoming a substitute teacher?  The Rossford School District is hosting a free in-service for those individuals interested in learning more about substitute teaching in the Rossford School District. Family STEM Night at Eagle Point

Eagle Point staff had an excellent turnout at their first family STEM Night. The purpose of the evening was to encourage students to explore ideas, ask questions, experiment with technology, design, and have fun in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). Maria Pratt, Gifted Intervention Specialist, along with third, fourth, and fifth grade GEARS students, hosted the 10 stations in the Eagle Point Elementary School cafeteria and gymnasium.
