The Rossford High School Drama Club is proud to present an ENCORE performance of their Winter production of "I Never Saw Another Butterfly"- a real life account of the children who were held in the Terezin Concentration Camp during World War II. A Math and Reading Night for parents was held at Eagle Point Elementary School this month. Information was distributed on both programs, and parents were able to work on sample lessons. It was wonderful to see so many parents solving math problems on the iPads and participating in short reading lessons. Rossford Schools are enrolled in SPEAK UP, a new safety resource available to Ohio schools that could prevent and alert local law enforcement agencies to a school safety crisis. This resource is free of charge to every school district and school in Ohio. In January, the American Cultural Exchange Service (ACES) brought thirty Chinese 13 and 14-year old Youth Ambassador Exchange (YAE) students and three teachers to the junior high schools in the Oregon, Rossford, and Woodmore school districts and stayed with host families in those districts.
